UFC FIGHT NIGHT VEGAS: THE MAIN CARD REPORT

Oh god, well I was feeling great and ready to enjoy this main card, but I've just seen Sara McMann vs Jessica Eye and I feel tired and hopeless, hopefully we can turn this around. Let's go main card, first up!

Joshua Burkman VS Paul Felder
This fight had a very tentative start and feeling out process in the beginning of the first round and when they did strike it was at very low volume and evenly matched. Then towards the end of the first round it exploded into action  with Felder moving forward swinging hard but Burkman landing more of the big shots and shooting and getting the takedown. First round 10-9 Burkman.

Another tentative start to round 2 but a much closer round with Felder getting a lot of time controlling the octagon and later in the round landing some big significant strikes, I give that round 10-9 Felder.

The third round was more of the same from the second round with an important addition of the takedowns. Felder controlled the octagon and applied the pressure, he was the more active fighter and controlled the fight on the fence but got taken down twice so lost the round 10-9 Burkman. I scored it 29-28 Burkman, the judges disagreed Unanimous Decision 29-28 Felder.

Jorge Masvidal vs Lorenz Larkin
In the first round it was a little slow to start but Masvidal was pushing forward towards the end of the round with more effective striking and control against the fence but Larkin pushes hard towards the very end of the round, too hard. A devastating eye poke that looked like he was trying to drag Masvidal's brain out sent him to the canvas and a lengthy break but still just managing to squeeze out the round win 10-9 Larkin.

In the second round it was very even again with Lakin having more fence control, Masvidal being more active but Larkin being more effective with his striking. Larkin got a takedown at the end of the round securing a 10-9 round win.

In the third Larkin opened with huge shots and Masvidal showing he has a great chin, Masvidal then really pulled ahead with 3 good submission attempts and controlling the fight, 10-9 Masvidal but too little too late 29-28 Larkin and the judges agreed. Split decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29) Larkin.

Chris Camozzi vs Vitor Miranda
This fight started with leg kicks looking to be an important feature for Camozzi and applying a lot of forward pressure with Miranda coming back with a couple kicks and then being the more active fighter, Camozzi tried a small flourish but had no effect. Then Miranda got a takedown off a Camozzi mistake and landed in a 50/50 position and both actively striking lightly in a weird sitting boxing match with Camozzi slightly out striking Miranda so I guess I'd give it 10-9 Camozzi but it's very strange.

In round 2 Camozzi got a sweep, got on top applied the pressure and that was pretty much it and grinded out to the end of the round where he sensed a finish with the ground and pound but Miranda defended and time ran out giving Camozzi the 10-9 win.

Round 3 sparked a fire in Miranda and came out hard and landing with a sense of urgency until Camozzi took him down, maintained top control and again won the round 10-9. End score 30-27, the judges agreed UD 30-27.

Tarec Saffiedine vs Rick Story
We opened with a big head kick from Saffiedine, then Story kept moving forward and punching but missing a very large percentage on the shot while maintaining octagon control. Story missed a takedown attempt then proceeded to get and keep control against the fence and had a flurry of punches to finish securing the first round 10-9.

Round 2 had Saffiefine again opening a few kicks then Story got control on the fence and out worked Saffiedine until the end of the round winning 10-9 Story.

In round 3 Story was moving forward and punching, he also had control on the fence and added some serious body punishment winning another round 10-9 getting the clean sweep 30-27 from me and the rest of the world. Judges had it UD (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) Story.

Renan Barao vs Jeremy Stephens

As a semi formal site I try not to do this but fuck it. OH MY FUCKING GOD WHAT A BRILLIANT FIGHT! IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH AND BY THE END I HAD NO IDEA WHO WON. Now let's break it down.

This fight was hard from the second out, very hard and started at lower volume with huge power but increased the volume and maintained the power. there was a little grappling break in the middle of the round and they got 1 each against the fence for a little bit. They then went right back at it, I had it 10-9 Barao for his accuracy.

In round 2 we had more of the same with Barao changing his approach a bit geared more towards the takedown. Stephens had 2 takedowns within the first minute then Stephens really picked up, he rocked Barao with a huge shot and continues to move forward and land huge punches and lots of them, Barao showed an incredible chin to not go face down a couple of times. After all that Stephens got control on the fence and the landed even more huge shots and leg kicks. 10-9 Stephens

Round 3 was more even. Barao got a Takedown then Stephens got a little bit more of the striking and in control and when this round ended. I HAD NO IDEA WHO WON. The judges gave it Unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Thomas Almeida vs Cody Garbrandt

This fight was unbelievable start to finish are there's a reason. IT TOOK 1 ROUND. It was a great start from Cody with multiple hard shots coming through then he rocked Almeida and...ok so I can only apologise again. HOLY FUCKING SHIT HOLY SHIT YES FUCK SHIT YESSSSS FUUUUCCCKKK 1 FUCCKINNNGGG ROUUUUNNDDD YEEEESSSS GARBRANDT KILLS ALMEIDA!!! ABSOLUTELY MURDERED HIM!!!!! DEAD! 1 ROUND!!!

This was a great overall car but as the main card a little slow to start but JESUS it picked up quick, it was phenomenal!

Connor McGregor Scared Of There Being No Excuses!!

Right then people of the internet this is my first article. Sorry I haven't been able to write any sooner but I have had uni commitments. Caleb gave me an introduction and I hope you all get to know me through my articles. One thing I can say is I am a hardcore MMA fan I love every aspect about the sport. However I am biased towards a stand-up fighter especially a kicker because that is my true passion kickboxing, also if a fighter turns up to fight then they will instantly gain my respect regardless of the result.

Before every McGregor fan out there decides to chop off my head. I have to say I am a massive McGregor fan. I love his whole mind set, his loyalty and his confidence.
However I do truly believe he is scared of his fans not having any excuses. Even though when he lost to Nate Diaz he didn’t make any excuses. All of his fans did saying that Nate Diaz is to big. Which is very true, but my favourite excuse is that ‘McGregor didn’t have time to adjust to the weight’. I’m sorry but that is a load of bullshit! Out of the two fighters it was McGregor who had a training camp which was made easier because he didn’t have to cut any weight. It was Nate Diaz who was in Mexico on a yacht drinking and smoking well we all know what he was smoking. So to me saying McGregor didn’t have time to prepare makes no sense to me.

I was really happy when he got pulled of UFC 200 because I don’t want to see that fight again. It will end even sooner probably won’t even get out of the first round ending in McGregor getting knocked out or submitted. Once he does lose all of his diehard fans will make the excuses that its because Nate Diaz is bigger. Again it is true. There are rumours that they will be fighting at UFC 205.

The next fight McGregor is trying to make is a boxing fight against Floyd “money” Mayweather. If this was an MMA fight or even a street fight obviously McGregor would win and not just win he would absolutely butcher Mayweather on the feet from head kicks, body kicks, leg kicks, in the clinch with knees and elbows. even on the ground McGregor would just mount him and literally beat shit out of him. The fight is going to be boxing though so it will be a twelve round boring fight where Mayweather will win by decision. McGregor will be lucky if he lands a punch let alone wins a round. When he loses there will be the excuse of he isn't a boxer.

The fight I believe he is scared of is Frankie "the answer" Edgar. The UFC and the media do not want to talk about this fight. They have even created a bullshit belt to keep Edgar quiet. when was the last time they made an interim title when the champ is FUCKING HEALTHY! and was meant to be fighting on the same card as the interim title. Frankie Edgar is the worst possible match up for McGregor because he has an endless gas tank, outstanding wrestling and evident from the Chad Mendes fight one punch KO power. If McGregor loses this fight there are no excuses. Because of this bullshit title fight against Jose Aldo it is possible that Edgar might not get his chance he deserves.

The UFC need to hurry up and stop trying to save their golden child and give Edgar his shot!

An Exclusive Interview With Upcoming Talent Joe 'The Reaper' West!

Hello guys it's been a short while since our last post but there is a reason, today we are bringing you our first interview! We have the first interview with Joe 'The Reaper' West before his first pro fight. Joe has an impressive record as an amateur (5-1) in Muay Thai, (3-0) in boxing and (1-1) in K1. He is also currently ranked 2nd in the age 17 62Kg category for Muay Thai in the UK and the Kwon UK K1 ranked number 3 in the 16-17 62kg category.

Caleb: We're here with Joe 'The Reaper' West. Joe how are you doing?

Joe: It's great being here, I'm doing good thank you, how are you?

Caleb: I'm doing great thank you and it's good to have you on. As I've just mentioned you have an impressive record as an amateur, what do you attribute your success to?

Joe: Thank you for the kind words, I have to thank my coaches over the years for building me as a fighter and making me what I am today, but more than anything like any fighter will tell you it comes down to dedication to your training and loving what you do. In combat sports it's not enough to want it, you have to live, breathe, eat and sleep fighting otherwise you will not be successful. No fighter is talented we are just addicts to combat.

Caleb: What is your background in martial arts?
Joe: I began karate at the age of 3 as my parents wanted me to be able to defend myself , I wasn't really a fan of this as it didn't involve much contact. I grew up watching the Rocky movies so I always fancied having a go at boxing however I had a lot of problems with my head as a baby so my parents never wanted me to go into a sport where 90% of hits are thrown to the head. So I just carried on with karate, my mom then bought me tickets to a Thai boxing event for my 10th birthday where I say Damien Trainor fight. This made me want to get into the ring and start Thai boxing, so it was not long after I signed up to Thai boxing I also trained in boxing, MMA and done a bit of Judo. I've competed in Muay Thai, Boxing and more recently since then K1.

Caleb: So tell us a little bit about your fight on June 4th.

Joe: I'm making my pro debut on Champions Collide on the 4th of June in Coventry if anyone wants tickets they can get them on my website http://gowest1998.wix.com/the-reaper. I'm fighting a more experienced opponent who is 21 years older than me. I am feeling very confident for this fight. This has been my hardest fight camp so far, my opponent will not be able to match my levels of cardio, my power shots will make him curl over in pain and then I will go for the finish. The fight will end before the final bell, if it does not then credit to him for going the distance but there is not chance of him beating me. I have a lot of respect for my opponent we are both going in there to knock each other out, but on June 4th I will be the better man and that will be reflected in the result.

Caleb: Obviously not looking past this fight on June 4th but what are you looking for in your next three or four fights, to stay in local shows, fight better competition and gain more experience or do you have other plans?

Joe: In terms of the future after this fight I will be boxing very soon like I said, I also have a pro K1 fight booked for October on a local show. After that I'm looking to get some more boxing fights in before the end of the year then next year I'm hoping to continue with Thai, K1 and boxing hoping to take on some international competition at pro level. I'd also like to find some high profile sponsors by the end of next year and just get my name more well known.

Caleb: What's the end goal for you and your career?

Joe: The end goal for my career is to fight on the highest level in all 3 combat sports that I compete in, to go down as one of the best stand up fighters in history and to be a role model to future generations like Muhammad Ali is, But most of all I want to inspire someone else the way that Damien Trainor did to me and obviously retire stinking rich.

Caleb: I love the ambition and it's great to see young talent in combat sports coming through with plans to rise to the top, before you go, very selfishly I have to ask if you'd ever consider MMA as a career

Joe: Yeah I'd definitely consider MMA, I do have previous experience in the sport and I'm currently in talks with an MMA organisation but that's all the information I can release right now regarding MMA.

Caleb: Well we look forward to catching up with you after your fight and in the future.

Joe: It's been great talking with you I'll look forward to our next interview.

FINALLY! BISPING HAS A SHOT!!

Ladies and Gentleman! I am proud to announce that Michael 'The Count' Bisping FINALLY has a title shot, all be it through 2 injuries and a drug suspension of the men ahead of his for the shot.
YES! THE UK HAS A SHOT AT THE TITLE... but it's against Rockhold... on 2 weeks notice... well better next time. BUT I'm not giving up hope yet! Since winning the Ultimate Fighter Season 3 in 2006 Bisping has had 24 fights in the UFC winning 17 and finishing 11 of them coming so close to the title shot several times. After beating the former invincible champion many people were calling for him to get a title shot unfortunately there were a few people in front of him owed the shot but by some sort of miracle they've all fallen out of line leaving him the shot at the champion Luke Rockhold.

Rockhold's last fight was against the former undefeated champion Chris Weidman which was fairly even until Rockhold got him to the ground and smashed him with ground and pound until his face caved in on itself... then Herb Dean stopped the fighters... because it was the end of the round, Rockhold came out in the next round and did the same.

The key if Bisping wants to win this fight is:
Keep it standing
Keep it in boxing range so Luke can't use his kicks
Get it into the later rounds
Use lots of volume

Why The UFC Owes Us The MCGREGOR vs MAYWEATHER Fight!!

Ego, money, ego, money, more ego and hell of a lot more money. Welcome to the Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather fight featuring THE FUCKING FERTITTAS and Dana White conversation.
The sad reality is that this probably won't happen because the Fertittas and White are gonna demand such a large amount of money it's just not going to be viable. BUT! We have hope! Dana said if Floyd wants this fight to happen then call me, now that sounds promising. Realistically all the UFC have to do is give him 1 fight outside his contract but when this fight has the potential to break records and pull in ridiculous amounts of money with the talent and promotion skills on show you better believe the UFC are going to want a lot of it.

This fight could be the biggest boxing fight in the modern era in terms of tickets and pay-per-view buys. This fight as to be a boxing match because to put Floyd in the octagon would almost be illegal, Conor would pick him apart in the first round, boxing is a little more interesting because Conor's main weapons are his hands.

Conor McGregor bringing the millions of fans from the UFC and the general MMA world and even some of the mainstream, there's no way you don't know who Conor McGregor is and for those boxing fans or public who don't know who he is by the end of the media tour everyone will know who he is. He will hype this superfight up to a ridiculous level people who've only ever watched a few fights, boxing or MMA in their life will tune in just to watch this spectacle and I believe it will break boxing and arena records. If it was to happen (and that is a HUGE if) it would likely happen in the new T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the new biggest arena in Vegas and it would be a legendary event with 2 sports coming together to throw down.

For the UFC to not give us the opportunity of a lifetime because they want money, money and even more money would be ridiculous and put them in the bad books of the fans. As for the winner obviously Floyd is the favourite and his defensive skills are undeniable but there are a few issues here. Floyd is getting old and could potentially be losing some speed, I can't see Floyd finishing the fight as Conor has a pretty good chin. Also Floyd has never faced someone who can use range and control the distance the way Conor can, Conor could bounce in and out of that range hitting Floyd multiple times before he can move or fire a shot. And the big issue tagging onto that last one, Conor is a lot bigger than Floyd and has a longer reach. However, Conor's brutal knockout power has only been shown with the 4 ounce gloves of MMA, how will that power translate to boxing gloves which are a lot bigger and you can just lay on the ropes and cover up and the gloves will cover most of your head, something Floyd does quite well. Another issue will be the rounds, McGregor's cardio is good and is fine through the 5 minute rounds but has only been 15 minutes in the UFC, although the rounds are shorter in boxing he will have to go much longer and that bigger frame may suffer whereas Floyd won't, a big if there is that McGregor doesn't plan on going the distance.

THIS IS A PHENOMENAL SUPERFIGHT! COME ON UFC WORK IT OUT!!!

UFC 198: The Main Card Report

It was a record setting crowd in Curitiba, Brazil with 45,000 in attendance. The Fight of the Night was Francisco Trinaldo vs Yancy Medeiros and the two performance of the night bonuses go to the co-main and main event winners Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza and the new UFC heavyweight champion of the world Stipe Miocic. The main card was a little slow to start with but picked up with 3 out of 5 finishes all coming in the last 3 fights and the majority of the Brazilian fighters winning 3-2 although they shouldn't have, we'll get into that later.

Warlley Alves vs Bryan Barberena
This was a great fight with Bryan Barberena handing explosive striker and talented Jiu jitsu practitioner Warlley Alves the first loss of his career. Barberena won a fair unanimous decision (29-28). This is fairly even fight with Barberena throwing a lot more volume and Alves throwing with a lot of power looking to knock out Barberena but also Alves had his signature guillotine deep in under a minute of the first round and it looked all but done but Barberena toughed it out and won the decision.

For Barberena with two upset wins against good opponents he is calling for a top 15/ top 10 guy. However the welterweight division is so stacked that even a top 20 guy is still a great fight. I think he should fight Albert Tumenov (5-2 in UFC) ranked 16th and coming off a loss, this is a good opportunity for both fighters to ask for a top 10/15 fight after this.

Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua vs Corey Anderson
I don't even know where to start with this. Shogun won. By split decision. In Brazil. With all Brazilian judges. Anderson dominated every single round and got 4 takedowns to Rua's 0, Anderson got knocked down at the end of rounds 1 and 2 with 10 and 5 seconds to go. Now, in kickboxing this would result in a 9-9 round because a knockdown is an instant round win however with Anderson dominating the round it would be scored 9-9. However in MMA a knockdown is not an instant 10-8 with the round win and Rua didn't do anything with it he literally just landed 2 lucky punches. With Anderson completely dominating the last round he should've won the fight.
Now. The reason I'm extremely pissed off is not only because Brazilian judges are notorious for their biased judging when it comes to decisions but also because those same exact judges who gave Rua the rounds for getting a knockdown didn't give Yancy Medeiros the round when he knocked down Francisco Trinaldo in their fight earlier. They've only given Rua the round because he's a Brazilian legend and that's bullshit.

Mauricio Rua has now lost 5 of his last 9, If this fights wasn't in Brazil then he would've lost 6 of his last 9. Rua is currently ranked 8th which is a joke he is (8-8 UFC) he's coming to the end of his career and could potentially fight Ryan Bader, all those below Bader are rematches but I'd much rather see him fight someone like Jimi Manua, Nikita Krylov or Ilir Latifi.

Cris Cyborg vs Leslie Smith
This was a quick domination just as we all expected. Cyborg murdered Smith in under half a round knocking her down and finishing her with ground and pound. Smith protested it was an early stoppage but when Cyborg turned her upside down on the floor she looked like she was gone. Plus we would only have seen more of the same.

The Cyborg story is very interesting now because it sounds like she's going back to Invicta to defend her championship but we want her in the UFC, there's no depth to the 145 division that is anywhere near Cyborg's standard and we're left a situation similar to the mens 125 division. However, there's some interest in a few 140 fights namely one Germaine de Randamie who just won her last fight by KO and is a slightly bigger fighter. Cyborg claims she can't make 135 which is bullshit, all she needs is to bring in Mike Dolce and lose some muscle from her decades of steroid abuse and she could do it. This would be incredible for the womens bantamweight division and a fight with Ronda Rousey would be incredible.

Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza vs Vitor Belfort
Vitor looked noticeably smaller and softer than his last two fights and USADA have hit him real hard and looks not even close to his earlier form. This was a 1 round domination by Jacare he beat Vitor on the feet, took him down and then smashed him until he couldn't defend himself on the ground.

For Jacare this is very simple, he deserves a title shot. He needs Rockhold to cleanly beat and maybe finish Michael Bisping in their fight and hope that his knee injury returns before Weidman's injury heal. If Bisping beats Rockhold in a close decision then that could be a rematch and then he's looking at a #1 contender fight against Weidman.
For Vitor I think he needs to be looking down the rankings potentially at someone like Robert Whittaker or the winner/loser of Mousasi vs Brunson any of those could be good fights.

Stipe Miocic vs Fabricio Werdum
People who read this blog will know that I don't really like Werdum and didn't like him as a champion so I'll try to be impartial. I think that Werdum panicked when Stipe hit him with a few shots and he couldn't really land so he got more aggressive then he got clipped which wobbled him then he decided to sprint after Miocic who took a few steps back and threw a right cross with about 50% power maybe even less as he was retreating and both his feet weren't on the floor and it sent Werdum face first to the canvas completely knocked out pulling an 'Aldo'.

The Heavyweight division is a very interesting picture at the moment with a few people who could potentially get the next title shot. There could be the rematch with Werdum which I think is the most deserving, Werdum was on a 6 fight win streak before getting slept by Miocic although his win streak stretches back 4 years. There is also Alistair Overeem who I think is the most exciting match-up and the one I would choose, Alistair is on a 4 fight win streak and with 2 exciting heavyweight strikers for the title, who doesn't love that?! There is also the Velasquez vs Browne fight to take into account, if Cain wins at 200 then he's also looking at a title shot.

UFC 198: MORE PACKED THAN UFC 200!!

Although the UFC 200 event is being put forward as the pinnacle of the MMA world right now I think they have put so much emphasis on this once in a lifetime event that we expected huge superfights, lots of championship fights and basically things that the UFC couldn't sustain as the were be no stars left to fight on 201, 202 or any of the fight nights in between so they wouldn't carry any of the new fans gained at 200 through.

NOW! onto what is one of the top contenders for best card of the year. UFC 198 live from Curitiba Brazil brings you the highly anticipated heavyweight title fight and Werdum's first title defence after hold the belt for almost a year. The number one contender fight in the middleweight division between expert grappler and jiu jitsu practitioner Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza and explosive striker Vitor Belfort. Unfortunately due to a gall bladder infection Anderson Silva has had to withdraw from the fight with Uriah Hall who is consequently also off the card.

However, this card is so stacked there is plenty more to look forward to! The featured fight pass prelim is the legendary light heavyweight fighter and currently 10th ranked Antonio Nogueira against the extremely well rounded Patrick Cummings. Literally every prelim and main card fights have well known names and exciting prospects and as a whole card start to finish is easily the best we've seen this year and could rival UFC 200.

In the welterweight division we have the undefeated Brazilian prospect Warlley Alves looking to extend his record against the man who defeated Sage Northcutt, Bryan Barberena. We also have an exciting fight between two people who love to finish a fight but have different methods, BJJ black belt Damian Maia will face off against the brawler Matt Brown.

The legend Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua is looking not to drop anymore places in the rankings to number 12 ranked up and comer Corey Anderson. Also of course we have the debut of Cris Cyborg! Unfortunately this seems like a 'tune-up' fight against the (8-6-1) Leslie Smith BUT don't count her out, she has a good chin and can absorb a lot of damage so look for a good fight but also an exhibition from Cyborg in her first statement on the biggest MMA stage in the world.

Fabricio Werdum - The Most Inactive Champion Ever

Fabricio Werdum is the most inactive fighter ever. His fight this weekend against Stipe Miocic will be his 6th fight in 4 years!! This is the man that is representing the Heavyweight division and the last time we saw him was June 2015. He has been the champion for almost a year with 0 title defences.

He was originally scheduled in a unification bout with the returning champion Cain Velasquez but unfortunately Cain got injured again and had to pull out. UFC announced that Stipe Miocic would be the replacement for Cain. Werdum then revealed that he had an injury and also pulled from the fight which he got a lot of criticism for as it seemed slightly strange that only when Miocic was revealed as the next opponent he pulled from the card.

In their first fight Cain blamed his loss on the lack of altitude training before going to Mexico city to fight and he gassed quickly in the fight which is very unusual and this is usually one of Cain's strengths.

On Saturday at UFC 198 Werdum will make his first title defence against promising contender Stipe Miocic and theres a very split decision on who will come out the champion. My vote is #AndNew. More on 198 to come.

UFC FIGHT NIGHT ROTTERDAM: The Undercard Report

Yan Cabral VS Reza Madadi
A good first fight and always good to start with a finish as Madadi stops Cabral in round 3 by TKO. This was a technical grappling match with Cabral doing most of the striking and securing a take down late in the first round then advancing his position several times taking the first round 10-9.
In the second round it was close on the feet with Madadi securing a takedown he took the second round 10-9.
Cabral looked very tired coming out into the third and Madadi caught him with an uppercut and followed up with 3 big shots all landing. With Cabral looking out on his feet the ref stepped in and stopped the fight.

Jon Tuck VS Josh Emmett

A phenomenal debut from the Team Alpha Male fighter Josh Emmett after a close first round with Emmett getting the best of it and dominating the second round. Emmett lost the 3rd after a nasty broken finger after it was hit by a wheel kick. The judges decision (28-29, 29-28, 29-28) Emmett.

Magnus Cedenblad VS Garreth Mclellan
A slow feeling out first round which still contained a knockdown from Cedenblad. A more dominant second round from Cedenblad as he rocked Mclellan with a right head kick and hits him with a flurry of hard uppercuts forcing the referee to stop the fight which is the second standing TKO of the night!

Rustam Khabilov VS Chris Wade
A superb fight and a good victory for Khabilov! Khabilov with his trademark grinding style took the first round and looked to be doing the same at the start of the second until a huge switch head kick from Wade dropped Khabilov. Khabilov recovered extremely quickly from a devastating knockdown and came back to win the third. The judges decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) Khabilov.
